Sandblast

In essence, sandblasting is the process of blasting the glass surface with grit that peppers the surface, giving it a milky white look. Sandblasting is a general term used to describe the act of propelling very fine bits of material to clean or etch a surface at high velocity by steam or air.

By applying a stencil pattern to glass and blasting it with sand, sandblasted glass is produced. The stencil stops a layer of glass from being removed by the abrasive sand, making it clear below. Shading and depth can be added to the glass by gradually removing the stencil during this process. We add on the glass a touch of clear shield that resists fingerprints and any other stains on the glass that leave your glass looking new.  Sandblasted Glass in Kenya is available at Impala Glass for different uses.
